National Demolition Contractors was started over a decade ago by Jennifer and Jeff Perry. Today the company has a bonding capacity in excess of $80 million, making us only one of a handful of contractors capable of handling the really big jobs. Our founders' humble beginnings as owners of a small construction hauling company helped them learn their trade and work their way into the demolition business properly. The company started out primarily in residential demolition and as the it grew, our focus went more to public works demolition, as well as larger and more complicated projects.
In addition to general demolition work, National Demolition Contractors also offers abatement, environmental soil remediation, recycling and green demolition, disaster relief and emergency services, as well as operated equipment rental. At National Demolition Contractors, we believe that no job is too small or too big. Today’s standards demand that a demolition company is properly licensed, well trained, certified and highly capable. Sensitive areas of construction, such as abatement, for instance, require even more care and National Demolition Contractors has the experience to do it right the first time. For the past over a decade, we have performed this type of work for school districts, municipalities, general contractors and the private sector. With over 30 excavators and a full line of track loaders, as well as a huge selection of attachments, National Demolition Contractors is poised to become a major player and leader in the California demolition industry. Always on the hunt for optimum efficiency, National Demolition Contractors recently purchased two brand new Cat 330D Ultra High Demolition Hydraulic Excavators from Quinn Company. In addition we have added special combination pulverizer/metal shears from UB Equipment.
The addition of the CAT 330D excavators and the UB pulverizer shears have brought our overall efficiency to new levels of excellence. We are able to reach up to 95 feet and will soon be taking delivery of another CAT 330D equipped with a 120 feet extension. Maximizing productivity is what it is all about in our business and our new CAT excavators and UB attachments can do it all. With the UB pulverizer and shear all in one, we can accomplish two jobs with one attachment in record time. Normally on a building that is about 65 feet tall, a contractor would use a wrecking ball along with several excavators. The cycle times are phenomenal and what used to take two or three excavators now only takes this one new single unit. We can break down a structure and process the material, without putting any ground crew at risk. The excavators’ quick attach feature also allows us to change attachments quickly with only one operator. In addition, the cab tilts at about 30 degrees, which allows our operators to see better and be more productive. Machines like this are truly the future of demolition.

With 25 to 30 operators on any given day and an office staff of around 15 individuals, we work as a team to accomplish what most other companies could only dream of.
