Deconstruction or “green demolition” is the most environmentally sound method of demolition utilizing a careful process attempting to reclaim and reuse materials for use in future construction projects. National Demolition Contractors utilizes green demolition practices as much as possible averaging an 85% extraction and recycle rate. Scrap metals such as copper, steel and aluminum are extracted, sorted and recycled. Concrete can be recycled and crushed into different materials that are later used on new construction projects. Our continued commitment to recycling and green demolition is also represented in our equipment. We use the latest Tier 2 to Tier 3 machines and we have taken it even further with the development of our own recycling center that will be open to the public in late 2012.
