This project consisted of the completed demolition and removal of the former sports arena located in Los Angeles, CA Work included the salvage of select items for owner, engineered demolition plan design and abatement and disposal of all regulated waste including entrained fluids; Abatement and disposal of asbestos and lead containing materials including Procedure 5 removal of sub-grade utilities; Demolition of all above and below grade structures; Complete site clearing of hardscape and vegetation excluding trees to remain; Exploratory sub-surface investigation for assumed UST and crushing of all concrete materials for reuse.
